A way to remove Winamp with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Winamp is an application by the software company NullSoft. Sometimes, people choose to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be difficult because doing this manually takes some know-how regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY procedure to uninstall Winamp is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows system.

  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Winamp or simply click the Search feature and type in "Winamp". If it is installed on your PC the Winamp application will be found automatically. After you select Winamp in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Winamp, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Winamp.
