UC Browser has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall UC Browser:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\UCBrowser\Application
• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\UC Browser
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\UC Browser

The files below are left behind on your disk by UC Browser's application uninstaller when you removed it:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\UCBrowser\Application\5.0.1369.1031\5.0.1369.1031.manifest
• C:\Program Files (x86)\UCBrowser\Application\5.0.1369.1031\7z.dll

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.crx
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.htm
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mfp
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mht

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following registry values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\UCBrowser.exe\shell\open\command\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ftp\DefaultIcon\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ftp\shell\open\command\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\http\DefaultIcon\
