How to uninstall Tribler from your PC

A way to delete Tribler from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tribler is a program marketed by The Tribler Team. Some users try to erase this program. This is easier said than done because deleting this manually takes some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best QUICK solution to erase Tribler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Tribler or simply click the Search field and type in "Tribler". If it exists on your system the Tribler program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Tribler in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Tribler, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Tribler:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.tribler.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Tribler\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Tribler.


8. After uninstalling Tribler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Tribler which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Tribler with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
