A way to uninstall Tribler from your computer

Tribler is a Windows program. Keep in mind that this location can differ being determined by the user's decision. You can uninstall Tribler by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\Tribler\Uninstall.exe. Note that you might receive a notification for administrator rights. tribler.exe is the Tribler's primary executable file and it takes circa 8.04 MB (8430920 bytes) on disk.

How to erase Tribler from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tribler is a program released by the software company The Tribler Team. Frequently, computer users want to uninstall it. This is difficult because uninstalling this manually takes some know-how related to Windows program uninstallation. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Tribler or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Tribler". If it exists on your system the Tribler application will be found automatically. After you select Tribler in the list of apps, some information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Tribler, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Tribler:

• The publisher is: http://www.tribler.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Tribler\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Tribler.


8. After uninstalling Tribler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Tribler which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Tribler with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
