3. Press the General Tools category

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Throttle or simply click the Search feature and type in "Throttle". The Throttle application will be found automatically. After you click Throttle in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Throttle, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
