3. Press the General Tools category

5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Throttle or simply activate the Search field and type in "Throttle". If it exists on your system the Throttle app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Throttle in the list of programs, the following information about the program is made available to you:
