How to uninstall Synergy from your computer

How to erase Synergy with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Synergy is a program offered by The Synergy Project. Sometimes, computer users try to erase this program. Sometimes this can be efortful because uninstalling this by hand requires some experience regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY practice to erase Synergy is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Synergy or simply click the Search feature and type in "Synergy". If it is installed on your PC the Synergy app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Synergy in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Synergy, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Synergy.

8. After uninstalling Synergy, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Synergy that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Synergy with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
