A guide to uninstall Synergy from your system

Synergy is a software application. How to uninstall Synergy from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Synergy is an application offered by The Synergy Project. Some users decide to remove this program. Sometimes this can be efortful because performing this by hand takes some know-how regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK practice to remove Synergy is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to clean your computer.

  • visit Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Synergy or simply click the Search field and type in "Synergy". If it exists on your system the Synergy app will be found very quickly. When you select Synergy in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Synergy, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Synergy\uninstall.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Synergy.

8. After removing Synergy, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Synergy which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Synergy with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
