A way to erase SumatraPDF from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SumatraPDF is an application released by Krzysztof Kowalczyk. Some computer users decide to erase it. Sometimes this can be hard because deleting this by hand requires some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. The best EASY way to erase SumatraPDF is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your system.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find SumatraPDF or simply click the Search field and type in "SumatraPDF". The SumatraPDF program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click SumatraPDF in the list , the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding SumatraPDF, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for SumatraPDF:

• The publisher is: http://blog.kowalczyk.info/software/sumatrapdf/
• The uninstall string is: "C:\Program Files\SumatraPDF\uninstall.exe"

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove SumatraPDF.


8. After removing SumatraPDF, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong SumatraPDF which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing SumatraPDF with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
