A way to erase SumatraPDF with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SumatraPDF is a program by Krzysztof Kowalczyk. Some users choose to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be hard because doing this by hand takes some skill regarding PCs. One of the best QUICK procedure to uninstall SumatraPDF is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your system.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find SumatraPDF or simply click the Search feature and type in "SumatraPDF". If it is installed on your PC the SumatraPDF app will be found automatically. After you click SumatraPDF in the list of programs, some data about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about SumatraPDF, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SumatraPDF:

• The publisher is: http://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\SumatraPDF\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SumatraPDF.


8. After removing SumatraPDF, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong SumatraPDF that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing SumatraPDF with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
