How to remove Spotify from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Spotify is a program by Spotify AB. Some users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be hard because uninstalling this by hand requires some experience related to removing Windows programs manually. 3. Click on the General Tools button

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Spotify or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Spotify". The Spotify application will be found very quickly. When you click Spotify in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Spotify, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Spotify\Spotify.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Spotify.

8. After uninstalling Spotify, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Spotify that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
