A way to uninstall Speedify from your PC

Speedify is a software application. Following the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the computer. Part_A few of these are shown below.

Folders remaining:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Speedify
• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Speedify
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Speedify
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Temp\Speedify

Usually, the following files remain on disk:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Speedify\Analytics.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Speedify\icudtl.dat
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Speedify\install.log
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Speedify\log4cplus.dll

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Speedify
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Speedify

Supplementary values that are not removed:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Speedify\DisplayIcon

A way to erase Speedify from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Speedify is an application by Connectify. Frequently, people try to remove it. 3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Speedify or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Speedify". If it is installed on your PC the Speedify program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Speedify in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Speedify, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Speedify:

• The software company is: http://www.speedify.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Speedify\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Speedify.


8. After uninstalling Speedify, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Speedify which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Speedify with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
