A guide to uninstall SourceTree from your computer

Keep in mind that this location can differ depending on the user's choice. You can remove SourceTree by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\SourceTree\Update.exe. Keep in mind that you might get a notification for administrator rights. SourceTree's primary file takes about 241.32 KB (247112 bytes) and is named SourceTree.exe.

How to delete SourceTree from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SourceTree is an application offered by Atlassian. Sometimes, users choose to uninstall this program. 2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate SourceTree or simply click the Search field and type in "SourceTree". If it is installed on your PC the SourceTree program will be found very quickly. After you select SourceTree in the list , some information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding SourceTree, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall SourceTree.


8. After removing SourceTree, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of SourceTree which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
