How to uninstall SourceTree from your system

SourceTree is a Windows program. How to delete SourceTree from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SourceTree is an application released by Atlassian. Some people choose to erase this application. This is troublesome because uninstalling this by hand takes some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to erase SourceTree is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your computer.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate SourceTree or simply activate the Search feature and type in "SourceTree". If it is installed on your PC the SourceTree app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click SourceTree in the list of apps, some data about the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about SourceTree, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SourceTree.

8. After uninstalling SourceTree, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of SourceTree that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SourceTree with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
