Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for admin rights. SoundMAX's main file takes about 27.50 KB (28160 bytes) and is called DevSetup.exe.

How to delete SoundMAX from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SoundMAX is a program marketed by Analog Devices. Some computer users want to erase this application. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because performing this manually takes some know-how related to removing Windows programs manually. The best QUICK approach to erase SoundMAX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to optimize your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find SoundMAX or simply activate the Search field and type in "SoundMAX". If it exists on your system the SoundMAX app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select SoundMAX in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding SoundMAX, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SoundMAX:

• The publisher is: http://www.Analog.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{F0A37341-D692-11D4-A984-009027EC0A9C}\setup.exe -runfromtemp -l0x040c -removeonly

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove SoundMAX.


8. After uninstalling SoundMAX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of SoundMAX that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing SoundMAX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
