How to uninstall Smite from your PC

This web page is about Smite for Windows. Below you can find details on how to remove it from your PC. It is written by Hi-Rez Studios. More information on Hi-Rez Studios can be found here. Usually the Smite application is installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Hi-Rez Studios\HiRezGames/smite directory, depending on the user's option during install. The full command line for removing Smite is C:\Program Files (x86)\Hi-Rez Studios\HiRezGamesDiagAndSupport.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for administrator rights. Smite.exe is the Smite's main executable file and it occupies circa 34.96 MB (36653000 bytes) on disk.

How to uninstall Smite from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Smite is an application by the software company Hi-Rez Studios. Sometimes, users decide to remove this application. Sometimes this is easier said than done because doing this by hand requires some skill related to PCs. The best QUICK procedure to remove Smite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Smite or simply click the Search field and type in "Smite". If it exists on your system the Smite program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Smite in the list of programs, the following data regarding the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Smite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Smite.

8. After removing Smite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Smite which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Smite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
