A way to uninstall Slack from your system

This web page contains complete information on how to uninstall Slack for Windows. It was coded for Windows by Slack Technologies. More info about Slack Technologies can be seen here. The program is usually placed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\slack directory (same installation drive as Windows). The full command line for uninstalling Slack is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\slack\Update.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for administrator rights. Slack's main file takes about 670.97 KB (687072 bytes) and is called slack.exe.

How to delete Slack from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Slack is a program by Slack Technologies. Some users want to remove this application. Sometimes this is efortful because performing this manually requires some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Slack or simply click the Search field and type in "Slack". If it is installed on your PC the Slack app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Slack in the list , the following information about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Slack, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Slack.


8. After removing Slack, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup.
