How to uninstall Slack from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Slack is an application offered by Slack Technologies. Sometimes, people want to remove this application. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because removing this manually takes some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY way to remove Slack is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your PC.

• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Slack or simply click the Search field and type in "Slack". If it is installed on your PC the Slack program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Slack in the list , the following information about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Slack, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Slack.


8. After uninstalling Slack, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Slack that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
