A way to erase Sibelius using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Sibelius is a program by Avid Technology. Sometimes, users decide to uninstall this program. This is difficult because performing this manually takes some advanced knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK manner to uninstall Sibelius is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to optimize your computer.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Sibelius or simply click the Search feature and type in "Sibelius". If it exists on your system the Sibelius program will be found very quickly. After you select Sibelius in the list of apps, the following data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Sibelius, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Sibelius:

• The publisher is: http://www.avid.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{6420DC80-3BCF-4C96-A209-B0C5D26E140D}

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Sibelius.


8. After uninstalling Sibelius, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Sibelius that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Sibelius using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
