How to uninstall Sense from your system

Many files, folders and Windows registry entries can not be deleted when you are trying to remove Sense from your computer.

Directories left on disk:

Frequently the following registry keys will not be uninstalled:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Sense
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Sense

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following registry values:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Sense\DisplayIcon
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Sense\DisplayName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Sense\UninstallString

A way to uninstall Sense from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Sense or simply click the Search feature and type in "Sense". The Sense app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Sense in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Sense, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Sense.


8. After uninstalling Sense, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Sense that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
