A guide to uninstall Scribe from your computer

Keep in mind that you might be prompted for administrator rights. Scribe.exe is the Scribe's main executable file and it takes close to 3.78 MB (3966976 bytes) on disk.

How to delete Scribe with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Scribe is an application by the software company Memecode. Sometimes, computer users want to remove it. Sometimes this can be difficult because uninstalling this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK way to remove Scribe is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your computer.

• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Scribe or simply activate the Search field and type in "Scribe". If it is installed on your PC the Scribe program will be found very quickly. After you select Scribe in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Scribe, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Scribe:

• The publisher is: http://www.memecode.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Memecode\Scribe\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Scribe.


8. After removing Scribe, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Scribe which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Scribe using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
