A way to uninstall SDK from your computer

SDK is a computer program. This page holds details on how to uninstall it from your computer. The Windows version was developed by Portrait Displays, Inc.. More information on Portrait Displays, Inc. can be found here. You can get more details about SDK at http://www.portrait.com. Usually the SDK application is installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Portrait Displays\Drivers folder, depending on the user's option during install. You can remove SDK by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{0DEA342C-15CB-4F52-97B6-06A9C4B9C06F}\setup.exe. Keep in mind that you might be prompted for admin rights. pdiSDKHelper.exe is the programs's main file and it takes circa 355.47 KB (364000 bytes) on disk.

A way to delete SDK from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SDK is an application by the software company Portrait Displays, Inc.. Sometimes, people decide to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be hard because uninstalling this by hand takes some knowledge regarding PCs. The best EASY manner to uninstall SDK is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows computer.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find SDK or simply activate the Search field and type in "SDK". The SDK app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click SDK in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding SDK, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SDK:

• The publisher is: http://www.portrait.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{0DEA342C-15CB-4F52-97B6-06A9C4B9C06F}\setup.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall SDK.


8. After removing SDK, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong SDK which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SDK with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
