A way to uninstall SDK from your system

This web page contains detailed information on how to uninstall SDK for Windows. The Windows release was developed by Portrait Displays, Inc.. Check out here for more information on Portrait Displays, Inc.. You can read more about on SDK at http://www.portrait.com. Usually the SDK application is placed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Portrait Displays\Drivers directory, depending on the user's option during setup. You can remove SDK by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{0DEA342C-15CB-4F52-97B6-06A9C4B9C06F}\setup.exe. Note that you might get a notification for administrator rights. The program's main executable file is labeled pdiSDKHelper.exe and its approximative size is 356.73 KB (365288 bytes).

A way to delete SDK from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SDK is a program marketed by the software company Portrait Displays, Inc.. Sometimes, computer users try to uninstall this application. This is troublesome because deleting this manually takes some knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK practice to uninstall SDK is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your PC.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find SDK or simply click the Search feature and type in "SDK". The SDK application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click SDK in the list of applications, some information regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding SDK, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for SDK:

• The publisher is: http://www.portrait.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{0DEA342C-15CB-4F52-97B6-06A9C4B9C06F}\setup.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SDK.


8. After removing SDK, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of SDK that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing SDK using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
