A guide to uninstall SDK from your PC

SDK is a Windows program. Read below about how to uninstall it from your computer. The Windows release was developed by Portrait Displays, Inc.. Open here for more details on Portrait Displays, Inc.. Detailed information about SDK can be seen at . The program is usually located in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Portrait Displays\Drivers folder (same installation drive as Windows). SDK's full uninstall command line is C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{0DEA342C-15CB-4F52-97B6-06A9C4B9C06F}\setup.exe. pdiSDKHelper.exe is the programs's main file and it takes close to 210.61 KB (215664 bytes) on disk.

SDK installs the following the executables on your PC, taking about 567.05 KB (580656 bytes) on disk.

  • installm1.exe (98.61 KB)
  • pdiSDKHelper.exe (210.61 KB)
  • pdisrvc.exe (110.61 KB)
  • SDKCOMServer.exe (68.61 KB)
  • testi2c.exe (78.61 KB)

A way to erase SDK using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SDK is a program marketed by the software company Portrait Displays, Inc.. Sometimes, computer users decide to uninstall it. This is easier said than done because removing this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY procedure to uninstall SDK is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows computer.

  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find SDK or simply click the Search field and type in "SDK". If it exists on your system the SDK app will be found very quickly. When you click SDK in the list of apps, the following data about the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about SDK, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove SDK.

8. After removing SDK, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong SDK which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing SDK with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
