If you are manually uninstalling QuickBooks we recommend you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Directories that were found:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 12.0
• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\QuickBooks
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Local\Intuit\QuickBooks

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall QuickBooks:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 12.0\abmapi.DLL
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 12.0\about_legal.txt

How to erase QuickBooks with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is a program released by the software company Intuit Inc.. Some people try to remove it. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows computer.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find QuickBooks or simply activate the Search feature and type in "QuickBooks". If it exists on your system the QuickBooks program will be found very quickly. When you select QuickBooks in the list of programs, some information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding QuickBooks, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove QuickBooks.


8. After removing QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong QuickBooks which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling QuickBooks using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
