How to uninstall PureSync from your computer

This page contains complete information on how to uninstall PureSync for Windows. It was coded for Windows by Jumping Bytes. Additional info about Jumping Bytes can be found here. More information about PureSync can be found at http://www.jumpingbytes.com/puresync.html. Usually the PureSync application is placed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Jumping Bytes\PureSync folder, depending on the user's option during setup. The entire uninstall command line for PureSync is MsiExec.exe /I{048B2E91-8855-4E32-8CDA-2E55AB1D3DCC}. PureSyncTray.exe is the PureSync's main executable file and it takes circa 1.10 MB (1154120 bytes) on disk.

How to erase PureSync from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PureSync is a program released by Jumping Bytes. Some computer users try to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is easier said than done because removing this manually requires some knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK way to uninstall PureSync is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows system.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find PureSync or simply activate the Search feature and type in "PureSync". If it exists on your system the PureSync program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click PureSync in the list , the following data about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about PureSync, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove PureSync.


8. After uninstalling PureSync, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of PureSync that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing PureSync with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
