How to remove Power2Go with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Power2Go is an application released by CyberLink Corp.. Sometimes, computer users want to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is hard because deleting this manually requires some know-how regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY practice to uninstall Power2Go is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Power2Go or simply click the Search field and type in "Power2Go". If it exists on your system the Power2Go app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Power2Go in the list , the following information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Power2Go, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Power2Go.


8. After removing Power2Go, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Power2Go which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Power2Go using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
