If you are manually uninstalling PCKeeper we suggest you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

A way to remove PCKeeper from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PCKeeper is an application by the software company Essentware. Sometimes, computer users choose to uninstall it. This can be easier said than done because removing this by hand takes some knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. The best QUICK procedure to uninstall PCKeeper is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your computer.

• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find PCKeeper or simply click the Search field and type in "PCKeeper". If it is installed on your PC the PCKeeper application will be found automatically. When you click PCKeeper in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding PCKeeper, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall PCKeeper.


8. After removing PCKeeper, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of PCKeeper which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing PCKeeper using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
