A way to erase Overwolf with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Overwolf is a program released by the software company Overwolf Ltd.. Some people choose to remove this program. This can be troublesome because deleting this manually requires some knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE way to remove Overwolf is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows system.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Overwolf or simply click the Search feature and type in "Overwolf". If it exists on your system the Overwolf application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Overwolf in the list , some data about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Overwolf, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Overwolf:

• The publisher is: http://www.overwolf.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwolf\\OWUninstaller.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Overwolf.


8. After uninstalling Overwolf, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Overwolf that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Overwolf with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
