How to remove Overwolf from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Overwolf is a program marketed by the software company Overwolf Ltd.. Sometimes, people decide to uninstall this application. This can be easier said than done because doing this manually takes some skill related to Windows internal functioning. The best EASY way to uninstall Overwolf is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Overwolf or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Overwolf". If it is installed on your PC the Overwolf app will be found automatically. When you select Overwolf in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Overwolf, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Overwolf:

• The publisher is: http://www.overwolf.com
• The uninstall string is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwolf\\OWUninstaller.exe" /S

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Overwolf.


8. After uninstalling Overwolf, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Overwolf that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Overwolf using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
