Following the uninstall process, the application leaves leftovers on the PC. Some of these are listed below.

Folders left behind when you uninstall Notepad++:

A way to delete Notepad++ using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Notepad++ is a program by the software company Notepad++ Team. Sometimes, people try to erase this program. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Notepad++ or simply click the Search feature and type in "Notepad++". If it is installed on your PC the Notepad++ program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Notepad++ in the list of programs, the following data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Notepad++, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Notepad++.


8. After removing Notepad++, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Notepad++ which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Notepad++ with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
