A way to uninstall Notepad++ using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Notepad++ is a program by the software company Don HO. Some users choose to erase this program. Sometimes this is hard because doing this by hand requires some knowledge related to PCs. One of the best QUICK procedure to erase Notepad++ is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around utility to clean your PC.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Notepad++ or simply activate the Search field and type in "Notepad++". If it exists on your system the Notepad++ app will be found automatically. After you select Notepad++ in the list , the following information about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Notepad++, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Notepad++:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Notepad++\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Notepad++.


8. After removing Notepad++, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Notepad++ that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Notepad++ using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
