3. Press the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Norton Family or simply click the Search feature and type in "Norton Family". If it is installed on your PC the Norton Family application will be found automatically. After you click Norton Family in the list of apps, some data regarding the program is available to you:
