How to remove MyMedia with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MyMedia is an application marketed by the software company MediaMall Technologies, Inc.. Some computer users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is troublesome because doing this manually requires some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY manner to uninstall MyMedia is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to optimize your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate MyMedia or simply click the Search feature and type in "MyMedia". The MyMedia application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click MyMedia in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding MyMedia, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for MyMedia:

• The publisher is: http://www.playon.tv/mymedia
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{C5AF3F14-9E5C-453B-85C9-2D2DBFD017D5}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall MyMedia.


8. After removing MyMedia, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong MyMedia which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing MyMedia with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
