How to uninstall McAfee® Total Protection from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

McAfee® Total Protection is a program offered by McAfee, Inc.. Some users decide to erase this application. Sometimes this can be hard because deleting this manually takes some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY practice to erase McAfee® Total Protection is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your system.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find McAfee® Total Protection or simply activate the Search field and type in "McAfee® Total Protection". The McAfee® Total Protection application will be found automatically. After you select McAfee® Total Protection in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding McAfee® Total Protection, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall McAfee® Total Protection.


8. After removing McAfee® Total Protection, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of McAfee® Total Protection which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing McAfee® Total Protection using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
