A way to erase McAfee® Total Protection from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate McAfee® Total Protection or simply click the Search feature and type in "McAfee® Total Protection". If it exists on your system the McAfee® Total Protection application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select McAfee® Total Protection in the list of applications, some data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about McAfee® Total Protection, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall McAfee® Total Protection.


8. After removing McAfee® Total Protection, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of McAfee® Total Protection which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling McAfee® Total Protection with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
