How to erase MX5 from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MX5 is an application by the software company Maxthon International Limited. Sometimes, users decide to erase this application. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because removing this by hand takes some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK practice to erase MX5 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find MX5 or simply click the Search feature and type in "MX5". The MX5 program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click MX5 in the list of apps, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding MX5, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall MX5.


8. After uninstalling MX5, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong MX5 which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
