A way to remove LiveUpdate from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

LiveUpdate is an application released by ASUSTeK Computer Inc.. Some users want to erase this program. Sometimes this is easier said than done because removing this manually takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE manner to erase LiveUpdate is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to optimize your system.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find LiveUpdate or simply activate the Search field and type in "LiveUpdate". The LiveUpdate application will be found automatically. After you click LiveUpdate in the list of programs, some data about the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about LiveUpdate, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall LiveUpdate.

8. After removing LiveUpdate, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of LiveUpdate that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling LiveUpdate with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
