Several files, folders and Windows registry data can not be deleted when you remove Intel AppUp(SM) center from your computer.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.appup
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Intel AppUp(SM) center 38645

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following values:
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppUp\DefaultIcon\
