How to remove HipChat from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HipChat is an application offered by the software company Atlassian Inc. Frequently, users choose to uninstall this application. Sometimes this can be troublesome because uninstalling this manually takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY way to uninstall HipChat is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows system.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find HipChat or simply activate the Search feature and type in "HipChat". The HipChat app will be found very quickly. When you click HipChat in the list of programs, some information about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about HipChat, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for HipChat:

• The web site of the program is: https://atlassian.hipchat.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Atlassian\HipChat4\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove HipChat.


8. After uninstalling HipChat, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of HipChat which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing HipChat using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
