After the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the computer. Some of these are shown below.

Generally, the following files are left on disk:

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{C262CE30-E227-4799-8DAE-0539EE482CF9}
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Ginger
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_{1EBF9A59-F4E3-4EA7-BA97-76703C1432F6}

Use regedit.exe to delete the following additional registry values from the Windows Registry:
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{7C5B98C9-B035-4B11-862A-CB519ECEF6A2}\InprocServer32\
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{87906C04-8BBB-4B03-A350-7046290E20C1}\InProcServer32\
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{D0837AE0-3B1D-4D69-8FDD-278145C5E2C6}\InprocServer32\
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{F38F42D7-6C80-43AC-92FA-B635B5346140}\InProcServer32\


How to delete Ginger from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ginger is a program offered by the software company Ginger Software. Some users try to remove this program. 3. Press the General Tools category

5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Ginger or simply click the Search feature and type in "Ginger". If it exists on your system the Ginger program will be found very quickly.
