How to uninstall Ginger from your PC

Ginger has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Ginger:

A way to remove Ginger from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ginger is an application released by Ginger Software. Sometimes, computer users decide to uninstall it. Sometimes this is hard because doing this manually takes some experience regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK practice to uninstall Ginger is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to clean your computer.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Ginger or simply activate the Search field and type in "Ginger". If it is installed on your PC the Ginger application will be found automatically. When you click Ginger in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Ginger, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Ginger:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{1EBF9A59-F4E3-4EA7-BA97-76703C1432F6}\setup.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Ginger.


8. After uninstalling Ginger, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Ginger which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Ginger using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
