How to uninstall FileOptimizer from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

FileOptimizer is a program offered by Javier Gutiérrez Chamorro (Guti). Some people try to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be efortful because uninstalling this by hand requires some skill related to PCs. The best SIMPLE approach to uninstall FileOptimizer is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general utility to clean your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate FileOptimizer or simply click the Search feature and type in "FileOptimizer". If it exists on your system the FileOptimizer application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click FileOptimizer in the list of programs, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about FileOptimizer, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for FileOptimizer:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\FileOptimizer\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall FileOptimizer.


8. After removing FileOptimizer, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong FileOptimizer that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
