ElsterFormular is a Windows program. ElsterFormular has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall ElsterFormular:

• C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Startmenü\Programme\ElsterFormular
• C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\UserName\Anwendungsdaten\elsterformular
• C:\Programme\ElsterFormular

The files below were left behind on your disk by ElsterFormular when you uninstall it:

Usually the following registry keys will not be cleaned:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.elfo
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Landesfinanzdirektion Thüringen\ElsterFormular
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ElsterFormular

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional values from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\pica.package\DefaultIcon\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\pica.package\shell\open\command\
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ElsterFormular\DisplayName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ElsterFormular\InstallLocation

A way to erase ElsterFormular from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ElsterFormular is an application by Landesfinanzdirektion Thüringen. Frequently, computer users decide to remove this program. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate ElsterFormular or simply click the Search field and type in "ElsterFormular". If it exists on your system the ElsterFormular app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select ElsterFormular in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding ElsterFormular, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall ElsterFormular.


8. After removing ElsterFormular, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ElsterFormular that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing ElsterFormular using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
