A way to uninstall Dropbox from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Dropbox is a program offered by Dropbox, Inc.. Some computer users decide to uninstall it. This is easier said than done because deleting this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. 2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Dropbox or simply click the Search feature and type in "Dropbox". The Dropbox application will be found very quickly. After you select Dropbox in the list of apps, some information about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Dropbox, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

• The software company is: https://www.dropbox.com
• The uninstall string is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dropbox\Client\DropboxUninstaller.exe" /InstallType:MACHINE

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Dropbox.


8. After uninstalling Dropbox, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Dropbox that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
