A way to erase Dropbox from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Dropbox is an application by the software company Dropbox, Inc.. Some computer users want to erase this program. Sometimes this can be efortful because uninstalling this manually takes some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. 2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Dropbox or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Dropbox". If it is installed on your PC the Dropbox program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Dropbox in the list of apps, some data regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Dropbox, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Dropbox.

8. After uninstalling Dropbox, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Dropbox that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
