A way to remove DFX from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

DFX is an application marketed by Power Technology. Some computer users want to erase it. This can be difficult because removing this by hand takes some knowledge related to PCs. One of the best SIMPLE approach to erase DFX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows PC.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the programs existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate DFX or simply activate the Search field and type in "DFX". If it is installed on your PC the DFX application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click DFX in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding DFX, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
For example you can see that for DFX:





  • The web site of the program is: http://www.fxsound.com
  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\DFX\uninstall.exe
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove DFX.

8. After uninstalling DFX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong DFX which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing DFX using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
