A guide to uninstall DFX from your computer

DFX installs the following the executables on your PC, occupying about 2.01 MB (2109952 bytes) on disk.

A way to remove DFX from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

DFX is an application released by Power Technology. Some users decide to erase it. Sometimes this is hard because doing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to PCs. The best QUICK way to erase DFX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find DFX or simply click the Search feature and type in "DFX". If it exists on your system the DFX app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click DFX in the list , the following data regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding DFX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for DFX:

• The software company is: http://www.fxsound.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\DFX\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove DFX.


8. After uninstalling DFX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of DFX which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling DFX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
