How to uninstall DFX from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

DFX is a program marketed by the software company Power Technology. Some people choose to erase this program. This can be hard because doing this manually requires some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK solution to erase DFX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate DFX or simply activate the Search feature and type in "DFX". The DFX app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select DFX in the list of applications, the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding DFX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for DFX:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\DFX\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall DFX.


8. After removing DFX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of DFX which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling DFX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
