A guide to uninstall DFX from your PC

How to delete DFX using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

DFX is an application offered by Power Technology. Some computer users decide to uninstall this program. This can be difficult because uninstalling this by hand takes some skill regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK way to uninstall DFX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find DFX or simply activate the Search field and type in "DFX". If it is installed on your PC the DFX app will be found very quickly. When you click DFX in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding DFX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for DFX:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.fxsound.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\DFX\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall DFX.


8. After uninstalling DFX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong DFX that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling DFX using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
